Nonpoint Source Pollution Educational Mini-Grant Program
The PACD administers the Nonpoint Source Pollution Prevention Mini-Grant Program. With this funding, conservation districts are able to implement educational programs to increase local awareness of water quality issues and encourage citizen participation in activities to improve water quality in local watersheds.
Grants of up to $2,000 are awarded to promote water quality and pollution prevention.

Meaningful Watershed Education Experience Grant Program
The Pennsylvania Association of Conservation Districts administers Meaningful Watershed Education Experience grants for projects where Conservation Districts and schools in the Chesapeake Bay Watershed team up to provide hands-on watershed experiences for K-12 students.
Funding for the grants is provided through the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Chesapeake Bay Office’s B-WET Program.
