Contest
NACD Poster Contest The NACD poster contest, open to students in grades K-12, offers young people an opportunity to express their views on natural resource issues through the medium of art. Students’ submissions are judged in five age categories according to the conservation message, visual effectiveness, originality, and universal appeal. Pennsylvania conservation districts wishing to participate in the NACD Poster Contest should submit their entries to PACD. The entry deadline is June 30. Posters must be submitted to PACD via email to swehinger@pacd.org. Conservation districts will need to take a photo of the posters individually and save each JPEG as the student’s name. Also, the student’s Poster Contest Entry Form and the Local to State Contest Form will need to be emailed with the JPEG photos. Mailed, hardcopy posters will not be accepted.
