The Agency\u2019s website features a variety of fact sheets, stories about successful solutions to a variety of water quality problems caused by nonpoint source pollution, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epa.gov\/owow\/watershed\/outreach\/documents\/\"><em>Getting In Step: A Guide for Conducting Watershed Outreach Campaigns<\/em><\/a> toolkit.<\/li>\n \t<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.depweb.state.pa.us\/watershedmgmt\/site\/default.asp\">Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection\u2019s Bureau of Watershed Management<\/a>\nThis agency\u2019s mission is to protect Pennsylvania\u2019s air, land and water from pollution and to provide for the health and safety of its citizens through a cleaner environment. The website lists upcoming workshops, press releases, and links to restoration project manuals.<\/li>\n \t<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.keystonestreamteam.org\/\">Keystone Stream Team<\/a>\nThe Keystone Stream Team was founded in 1999 for the purpose of advancing natural stream channel design technology in Pennsylvania. The website includes fact sheets, newsletters, documents, and reports on lake and watershed management.<\/li>\n \t<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pikeconservation.org\/\">Pike County Conservation District<\/a>\nThe mission of the Pike County Conservation District is to promote protection, conservation, and sustainable use of natural resources through education, public awareness and cooperation with local, state and federal agencies. The Pike County Natural Resource Learning Site includes a variety of soil and water resources such as<em> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pikeconservation.org\/res_guide.htm\">A Citizen\u2019s Guide to Clean Water<\/a><\/em>.<\/li>\n \t<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.epa.gov\/reg3wapd\/nps\/index.htm\">US Environmental Protection Agency\u2019s (EPA) Region 3 Nonpoint Source Pollution Program\n<\/a>The Mid-Atlantic regional office of the US Environmental Protection Agency, is responsible for programs in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia. The Water Protection Division is responsible for the management and implementation of the Region\u2019s programs to protect, preserve, and enhance water resources. The website includes nonpoint source pollution fact sheets, information on World Monitoring Day, and a nonpoint source pollution kids page.<\/li>\n \t<li><a href=\"https:\/\/water.epa.gov\/aboutow\/owow\/\" target=\"_blank\">US Environmental Protection Agency \u2013 Office of Wetlands, Oceans and Watersheds<\/a>\nA variety of fact sheets and reports are available on this site. Among them is the document, \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/water.epa.gov\/infrastructure\/greeninfrastructure\/upload\/gi_action_strategy.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Managing Wet Weather with Green Infrastructure Action Strategy 2008<\/a>,\u201d that outlines ways to bring green infrastructure technologies and approaches into mainstream use for runoff and sewer overflow management.<\/li>\n \t<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bae.ncsu.edu\/programs\/extension\/wqg\/319monitoring\/index.htm\">US Environmental Protection Agency\u2019s Section 319 Nonpoint Source Pollution National Monitoring Program\n<\/a>The purpose of the program is to provide credible documentation of the feasibility of controlling nonpoint sources, and to improve the technical understanding of nonpoint source pollution, and the effectiveness of nonpoint source control technology and approaches. This is achieved through intensive monitoring and evaluation of a subset of watershed projects funded under Section 319.
