PACD Executive Council<\/p>\r\n

The PACD Executive Council is composed of voting delegates from Pennsylvania\u2019s conservation districts. The primary duties of the council are:<\/p>\r\n

    \r\n\t
  1. To control, direct, and manage the affairs and property of the PACD.<\/li>\r\n\t
  2. To represent conservation districts in the affairs of the PACD.<\/li>\r\n\t
  3. To be the channel through which conservation district members may voice their needs and suggestions to the PACD.<\/li>\r\n\t
  4. To maintain annual operating policies and set up procedures for carrying out the interests of the PACD.<\/li>\r\n\t
  5. To elect replacements for unexpired terms for the Secretary, Treasurer, and Second Vice President.<\/li>\r\n\t
  6. To assume overall responsibility for procurement and fiscal activities of the PACD.<\/li>\r\n\t
  7. To approve a budget for each fiscal year.<\/li>\r\n\t
  8. To perform any other relevant functions and responsibilities, pursuant to the Nonprofit Corporation Law of Pennsylvania and related laws.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
