Pat served as director for the York County Conservation District and represented Pennsylvania with the National Association of Conservation Districts as a member of PACD\u2019s board.<\/p>\r\n<p>Pat was the first female president in PACD\u2019s history. She served from 1997-1999.<\/p>\r\n<p>We wish Pat well in her retirement.
