Attendees included staff from\nconservation districts, the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service and\naffiliates, and the PA Departments of Environmental Protection and Conservation\nand Natural Resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Level II annual training consists of two learning tracks: agronomy\nand engineering. The two tracks allow participants to focus more deeply on their\narea of study. The event features a balance of classroom work and field work to\ngive participants hands-on experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training is sponsored by the USDA Natural Resources Conservation\nService and the State Conservation Commission.
