It&#8217;s an excellent tool for conservation district managers to use to onboard new staff and orient newly-appointed directors.<\/p>\n<p>All conservation district personnel are encouraged to visit the new site and provide feedback and suggestions on content that can be added to support leadership development initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pacd.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/PAleadership_FinalLogo-002-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19603\" width=\"169\" height=\"112\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Financial and other support for the Building for Tomorrow Leadership Development Program is provided through a grant from the Pennsylvania State Conservation Commission.
