The total cost for the buffer was $12,052.45 and was paid for through <a href=\"https:\/\/pacd.org\/?page_id=17536\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PACD\u2019s multi-functional buffer sub-grant program<\/a>. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The project is part of the Tulpehocken Creek Restoration; a collaborative between Berks County Conservation District, PennDOT, AECOM, PA Fish &amp; Boat Commission, and PACD.
