Forty-seven attendees participated in the workshops on staff retention, the employee lifecycle, and post-Covid policies. In addition, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paleadership.org\/events-programming\/director-workshops\/director-workshops\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Building for Tomorrow<\/a> website posted video and slides from the March 9 virtual workshop.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p><em><a href=\"http:\/\/pacd.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/PAleadership_FinalLogo-002-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-21224 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/pacd.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/PAleadership_FinalLogo-002-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"117\" height=\"78\" \/><\/a>Financial and other support for the Building for Tomorrow Leadership Development Program is provided through a grant from the Pennsylvania State Conservation Commission.
