Attendees included staff from conservation districts, PACD, USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service and affiliates, and the PA Department of Environmental Protection.<\/p>\r\n<p>The training is sponsored by the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service and the State Conservation Commission.
