Participating dignitaries included: Agricultural Secretary Russell Redding, Tom Williams with Senator Lisa Baker\u2019s office, Susquehanna County Commissioner Elizabeth Arnold, Susquehanna County Commissioner Judith Herschel, and Representative Jonathan Fritz.
