The Tuesday Pre-Con was attended by 30 new assistant managers as well as partner staff. The total Summit attendance was 58. Summit attendees participated in group discussions on strengths-based management, partner relations, and program cost assessment and budgeting.<em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\r\n<p><em><a href=\"http:\/\/pacd.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/PAleadership_FinalLogo-002-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-21224 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/pacd.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/PAleadership_FinalLogo-002-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"113\" height=\"75\" \/><\/a>Financial and other support for the Building for Tomorrow Leadership Development Program is provided through a grant from the Pennsylvania State Conservation Commission.
