Attendees included staff from conservation districts, PACD, USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service and affiliates, Penn State Extension, and the PA Department of Environmental Protection.<\/p>\r\n<p>The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service and the State Conservation Commission sponsor the training.
