The event was held at Boathouse Park in Hershey, PA. PACD\u2019s Leadership Development Manager, Matt Miller, attended the event.<\/p>\r\n<p>In addition to LCCD, the United States Geological Survey and USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service presented during the event. The main topic of discussion was the real-time, 24-hour super gage water quality monitor recently installed along the Swatara Creek.
