It&#8217;s never too early to start thinking about strategic planning, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paleadership.org\/march-board-development-video-strategic-planning\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">March installment<\/a> of the series includes a brief overview of the importance of strategic planning for districts, preparation, and the planning process, and support available through the Strategic Planning Grants Program.<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong>Employment Law Seminar Reference<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p>Written reference materials from the February Employment Law Seminars are now posted for your convenience at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paleadership.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/2025-Employment-Law-Seminar-Written-Materials.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Building for Tomorrow<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n<p><em><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-26182\" src=\"http:\/\/pacd.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/PAleadership_FinalLogo-002.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"113\" height=\"75\" \/>Financial and other support for the Building for Tomorrow Leadership Development Program is provided through a grant from the Pennsylvania State Conservation Commission.
