The DCNR website includes a complete list of <a href=\"https:\/\/elibrary.dcnr.pa.gov\/GetDocument?docId=10535469&amp;DocName=2025_C2P2_Grants_List_Final.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">awarded projects<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-17544\" src=\"http:\/\/pacd.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/dcnr_logo.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"389\" height=\"94\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pacd.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/dcnr_logo.jpg 600w, https:\/\/pacd.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/dcnr_logo-300x73.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 389px) 100vw, 389px\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p>Chester County Conservation District and PACD both received awards:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Chester County Conservation District, $132,100, Installation of approximately 21 acres of meadows and\/or upland trees in the Lower Delaware River Watershed, Chester County. Work to include landowner outreach and engagement, watershed forestry plantings and post-planting establishment; project sign and other related site improvements.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Pennsylvania Association of Conservation Districts Inc., $500,000, Installation of approximately 20 acres of riparian forest buffers and 30 acres of lawn to habitat along waterways throughout Pennsylvania. Work to include 2026 mini-grant program; landowner outreach and engagement; watershed forestry plantings and post-planting establishment; project sign and other related site improvements. Conservation districts can apply for a mini-grant <a href=\"https:\/\/pacd.org\/?page_id=25337\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Funding for this round of C2P2 comes from the\u00a0Keystone Fund,\u00a0Environmental Stewardship Fund, and other funding sources.<\/p>\r\n<p>Applications are now being accepted for the 2026 round of funding.
