A total of 113 district and partner staff attended the Assertive Communications &amp; Empowered Conflict Management training series, presented by Rita Coleman, and over 60 attended the February webinar series sessions on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=DAN_YUeUfzc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Working with Local Media<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=b3mH9AzYZgE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Smart Social Media<\/a>, presented by Piper Strategies.<\/p>\r\n<p>Stay tuned for a survey and announcements on 2026-27 Leadership Development programming for staff.<\/p>\r\n<p><em>Financial and other support for the Building for Tomorrow Leadership Development Program is provided through a grant from the Pennsylvania State Conservation Commission.
