Where it all Begins\u201d statewide poster contest.<\/p>\r\n<p>The winners and the county conservation district that submitted the posters are:<\/p>\r\n<p>Category: Kindergarten through First Grade<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Maelyn Spiece, Columbia County Conservation District<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Category: Second through Third Grades<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Kaelyn Duncan, Greene County Conservation District<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Category: Fourth through Sixth Grades<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Cora Petrunak, Lehigh County Conservation District<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Category: Seventh through Ninth Grades<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Emma Rickabaugh, Blair County Conservation District<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Category: Tenth through Twelfth Grades<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Ella Shultz, Columbia County Conservation District<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Each state-level winner will be submitted for judging in the upcoming national competition this winter. The national contest is sponsored by the National Association of Conservation Districts.
