The Pennsylvania Association of Conservation Districts, Inc. (PACD) in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is offering Erosion and Sediment (E&S) Manual trainings beginning in August 2012. This two day extensive training will allow attendees to pose questions about the latest manual and further their understanding for work in their communities. The training cost is $300 and covers all materials, including the current E&S manual, and meals. All attendees, who complete the training, will receive a certificate noting they have obtained 12 professional development hours for their participation.
