Kelly Williams Wins Annual Watershed Specialist Photo Contest

The grand prize winning photo from this year's annual Conservation District Watershed Specialist Photo Contest (above) was submitted by Kelly Williams, Watershed Specialist for the Clearfield County Conservation District.
