Northampton County Conservation District Completes Buffer Project

Northampton County Conservation District planted three acres of multi-functional riparian forest buffer in Bath, PA. The project cost $21,915 and was paid for through PACD’s buffer sub-grant program.

The Lawn Conversion & Riparian Buffer Mini-Grant Program for Conservation Districts is financed in part by a grant from the Community Conservation Partnerships Program, Environmental Stewardship Fund, administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Bureau of Recreation and Conservation.
