Holly Miller Joins PACD Staff as Program Manager

By Holly Miller

Before joining the Harrisburg team, I worked with PACD as the Executive Assistant for the National Conservation Planning Partnership. Before that, I was the district manager for the Sullivan County Conservation District, working with district programs and operations.

I grew up on a farm in Luzerne County, where I became interested in agriculture and conservation and graduated from Bloomsburg University with a BS in Environmental Biology.

I enjoy hunting, fishing, art, and spending time with my husband, our beautiful daughter, and our dog.

I am very excited to work with conservation districts again, and I look forward to this new adventure!

I recently moved back to the beautiful state of Pennsylvania after living out of state for several years, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to be here and to be part of the great team at PACD! While I’ve provided support in many different industries, I’m thrilled to embark on this adventure in a new area: Conservation!

I have two wonderful children and five beautiful grandchildren (who I don’t get to see often enough!). When I’m not working or making improvements on my 96-year-old home, I love to read and spend time outdoors in God’s beautiful Creation.
